Central blood vessel access is AN integral a part of critical care. its used for medicine or fluid infusions, parenteral nutrition, hemodynamic observation as well as for qualitative analysis. This routine procedure is additionally associated with various complications. Proper care of central line is incredibly necessary to stop several of these complications. Central line is secured in place by sutures and dressing. usually dressing gets dislodged particularly in neck region. during this article we describe AN innovative and value effective means of holding central line.
